 Cancellation & No-Show Policy


24 Hour Cancellation PolicyWe do not want missed appointment fees to impede your care and so we ask for your mutual respect. When you make an appointment, we block out our schedule for you and ask that you exercise the same consideration when planning your calendar. As a courtesy to my other patients and to me, please provide adequate notice (24 business hours) if you need to cancel or change an appointment.

- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will have to reschedule and will be charged a late cancellation fee of $75.

- If you must cancel your appointment and have not done so before the 24-hour cancellation period, we reserve the right to charge the card on file.

  •  $75 for new patient appointments

*After the second cancellation within the 24-hour cancellation period, we reserve the right to require payment upfront for any future appointments.

- If you do not show up for your appointment and have not canceled the appointment prior to the 24-hour cancellation period we reserve the right to charge the card on file:

  • $75 for your patient appointments

       *After the second "no show" we reserve the right to refuse treatment and/or require payment upfront for any future appointments
       *Any exceptions are to be reviewed by management and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
